Attorney Linda Dedman is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to starting Dedman Law, PLLC, she served as a litigator for one of the world's premier law firms, where she joined the firm's insurance coverage group.
Drawing from her experience as a former advocate for insurance carriers, Ms. Dedman started her own practice nearly a decade ago, and now fights on behalf of policyholders. Her vast knowledge of insurance laws and inside knowledge of how insurance carriers handle claims is a decided advantage in insurance claims and appeals. To best serve clients, Ms. Dedman also utilizes the assistance of a highly regarded medical doctor who can assist in assessing claimants' medical conditions in insurance disability claims.
Ms. Dedman formerly sustained a medical condition that impacted her ability to work, so she understands from personal experience how difficult it can be for people who are out of work due to a disabling condition. She works closely with each client to provide the highly personalized and compassionate support they require.
Ms. Dedman is joined by attorney Floyd Clardy III, Of Counsel. Mr. Clardy spent 34 years as a federal prosecutor. Focusing on white collar crime, commercial litigation, and corporate and consumer fraud, he has tried jury cases in federal courts around the country. He has also served as lead trial counsel in state court cases throughout Arkansas.
