Westchester Fire Insurance Company v. Admiral Insurance Company, 2003
Tex.App. LEXIS 5468 (Tex. App.-Ft. Worth 2003) rehearing en banc granted
(Sep 22, 2003).  Secured directed verdict for Admiral Insurance Company based
on the trial court’s ruling that insurance coverage for punitive damages is
void.  The Ft. Worth Court of Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part.  
The decision after en banc rehearing is pending.

United States v. Bredimus, ­­­352 F.3d 200 (5th Cir. 2003). Argued and won
appeal challenging the constitutionality of 18 U.S.C. § 2423.

United States v. Dale. No. 03-10228 briefed and argued multi-issue appeal
arising from a securities fraud conviction.  The decision is pending.

Potomac Insurance Company of Illinois v. Jayhawk Medical Acceptance
Corporation, 198 F.3d 548 (5th Cir. 2000).  Won and defended summary
judgment establishing duty to defend in favor of policyholder.

Jose Garza v. Excel Logistics, Inc. and Interim Services Pacific, L.L.C. 100 S.W.
3d 280 (Tex. App. – Houston [1st Dist.] 2002), pet. granted,(Jan. 30, 2004).  
Won summary judgment briefed and successfully argued appeal.  Texas
Supreme Court granted petition and heard arguments.  The decision is pending.

Cecil Noah and Beth Noah v. Government Employees Insurance Company;
Cause No. SA00CA0018HG, U.S. District Court for the Western District of
Texas, San Antonio Division.  Developed argument and supervised briefing on
Motion to Dismiss, which the district court granted on the basis that class
representatives improperly attempted to manufacture standing.
